Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Data

    Your phone number (used exclusively for authentication via OTP).

  • Usage & Transaction Data

    Account status, active passes, unit balances, payment transaction reference IDs (e.g., NQ-XXXXXX), and timestamped logs of active sessions.

  • Conversational Context

    Messages exchanged with individual Queens, stored to maintain multi-turn context, compact conversation summaries, and individual relationship states.

2. Architecture of User Privacy & Queen Isolation

  • Private Relationship Scoping

    Your conversational history and memories with a specific Queen (e.g., Nisha) are strictly scoped to that relationship. They are never automatically shared with or visible to other Queens.

  • Shared House Knowledge

    Queens share general contextual awareness of each other and common "House" events, but operate under strict server-side rules preventing the unauthorized sharing of user private conversations ("No-Gossip Rule").

  • No Public Selling

    We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or chat logs to third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Media Retention & Permanent Erasure

  • All generated visual media reside in secure, private object storage.
  • Assets carry a default lifetime of 24 hours. Upon expiration, underlying media files are permanently purged from servers via automated background jobs.
  • Temporary signed URLs for downloading generated media expire after 2 minutes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We transmit data to verified infrastructure vendors solely to operate the product:

  • Telecommunication Providers (Twilio)

    For delivering OTP authentication SMS messages.

  • AI & Infrastructure Providers

    For running conversation generation and database storage. Credentials remain strictly server-side.

  • Payment Processors

    To process financial transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

5. Account Deletion & Right to Erase

You may request account deletion at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Your account is then scheduled for deletion and you are signed out. If you log in again within 14 days, the request is cancelled and your account is restored as it was. After 14 days an automated job permanently purges your user profile, entitlements, relationship states, and private conversation histories from our databases. This cannot be reversed once it has run.
