Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Purchases

• Access Passes & Image Packs

  All digital products, including Access Passes (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and Image Packs purchased on the platform, constitute immediate digital content access and consumed services. Once a transaction is successfully processed, all purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever.

• Partial Usage

  Unused time on active Passes or unused items within an Image Pack cannot be prorated, refunded, converted into cash, or transferred to another user account.

2. Account Deletion & Unused Digital Assets

In the event that a user voluntarily deletes, deactivates, or closes their account, or abandons their profile, all active Passes and unused Image Packs shall immediately lapse, terminate, and be forfeited to the Company without any obligation of monetary refund, credit, or compensation.

3. Account Termination for Policy Violations

If your account, membership, or access to NineQueens is suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated by the Company due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, or Privacy Policy, or if access is discontinued at your request, you shall not be entitled to any refund, partial reimbursement, or compensation for any active Passes or Image Packs associated with the account.

4. Fraudulent Transactions & Payment Disputes

If it is proven through verified investigation that your Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI credentials were used fraudulently on our platform without your authorization:

• Please notify our support team immediately at support@karkhana.world
• Upon verifying the unauthorized activity with our banking and payment gateway partners (Razorpay / Cashfree / PhonePe / Stripe), the fraudulent transaction will be refunded strictly back to the original payment source (card account, bank account, or UPI VPA) within 5 to 7 business days in compliance with RBI Payment Aggregator directives.

5. Final Binding Declaration

By purchasing a Pass or Image Pack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these payment, refund, and cancellation terms. You explicitly declare that you shall not claim any compensation, damages, refunds, or chargebacks from the Company, its directors, officers, or partners for any services rendered, under any circumstances whatsoever.
