1. Age Requirement & Explicit Consent

NineQueens is exclusively an adult-only platform. By accessing or using the platform, you explicitly affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

2. Nature of Service & Synthetic AI Disclaimer

• Fictional Characters

  All "Queens" (including Nisha, Mrunal, Zoya, Meera, Riya, Tarini, Dr. Divya, Aishwarya, Niharika, and any future additions) are fully synthetic, fictional AI persona abstractions. They are not real human beings.

• Companionship Scope

  The service is provided strictly for entertainment, personal reflection, and conversational practice. The Queens do not provide professional psychological, legal, financial, or medical advice.

• Human Connection

  NineQueens is designed to foster conversational skills and healthy relationship dynamics. It is not intended to act as a substitute for real-world human relationships or professional mental health support.

3. Account Registration & Security

Authentication is managed via one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login sessions. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Paid Services, Billing Units, & Refunds

• Free Trial

  New users receive a one-time 5-minute initial conversational trial. The trial timer commences upon initiating your first conversation turn.

• Paid Units & Passes

  Paid plans (Casual Pass, Weekly, Monthly, or Unit Packs) grant billable access units. One (1) billable unit is consumed only upon a successful Queen response. Outgoing user messages do not consume units.

• No Refunds

  All unit purchases, pass subscriptions, and token packs are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in cases of confirmed platform service failures investigated by our support team.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use NineQueens to:

• Generate, post, or solicit unlawful content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), severe non-consensual harm, or illegal acts under applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, extract prompt architecture, or bypass rate limits, server-side entitlement checks, or payment gateways.
• Harass, abuse, or attempt to exploit backend system boundaries.

6. Ephemeral Media & Expiry

Generated media assets (images) are temporary visual extensions of the experience. All generated images expire automatically 24 hours after generation (or as configured by system policy) and are permanently deleted from object storage. We guarantee no permanent media recovery or long-term hosting.

7. Limitation of Liability & Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalpanecha Karkhana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion without prior notice for violations of these Terms.
